1. The oil mist dust filter is usually composed of a four-layer filter screen structure,

the inner and outer two layers are stainless steel wire mesh, 

the third layer is a synthetic oil-absorbing fiber filter material, 

and the fourth layer is a glass fiber filter material. 

The stainless steel wire mesh can intercept larger particles and play the role of fixing the filter material. 

The three or four layers are high-efficiency filtration, which further intercepts fine mist and dust.

2. Oil mist dust filter is often used in metal processing industry 

(such as: wet processing, metal cutting, grinding, thermoforming), 

mechanical processing industry (such as: general lathe, CNC lathe, die-casting machine, and other types of machine tool oil mist recovery and Cleaning equipment oil mist recovery),

the applicable dust types are: water-soluble cutting fluid, cutting oil, oil mist, mold processing, lens polishing, etc.
